To enter Morocco with a vehicle you will need the following documents. - An international driver's license or European Union full driver’s license.

You have to complete a "temporary vehicle admission" form with all your vehicle details and your passport will be stamped to show you bringing a vehicle into the country. This is so when you leave, they know you should be leaving with a car also. If you don’t have your car you will be expected to pay a hefty fine and taxes.
To avoid queues at the border filling out the "temporary vehicle admission" form it is best to have it all completed by going to the "E-Douane" pages of the Moroccan customs' website at www.douane.gov.ma
If you are leaving the country without your car it is best to have some sort of proof as to the reason. If it have been in an accident then you are best to get a document from the police or other official source.
As mentioned throughout this web site, be very careful who you are doing business with. People will approach you all the time offering help and assistance. Be very careful as sometimes they will even say they are “officials” of the port authority, or customs, etc. Only give your documents to people who are official police officers or customs officers. Even if they get irate and start shouting at you don’t be intimidated into handing your documents over unless you are sure.
